Ruth Freeman

Research Analyst, Institutional Analysis & Planning


Ruth's key areas of expertise include: strategic planning; outcomes measurement including performance indicators, benchmarking and report cards; program or process evaluation; project management and coordination; change management; Information needs assessment; qualitative and quantitative data collection/mining, modeling, analysis and data visualization; information gathering: focus groups, workshops and interviews; survey development, administration, analysis and dissemination; labour and economic analysis (including cost/benefit analysis); and public policy development and analysis.

Mark Jacober

Research Analyst, Institutional Analysis & Planning

Mark's expertise is in enrolment reporting and data analysis for the various faculties and business areas at MacEwan University. He provides regular status updates regarding enrolment and application trends as well as numerous ad hoc requests. Other key areas of expertise include data mining, and report management and writing. Mark is the reporting and functional lead for the Student System Data Warehouse.

Linda Janz

Institutional Analyst, Institutional Analysis & Planning


Linda has several years' experience working in post-secondary education. In her current role, Linda liaises with Alberta Innovation & Advanced Education and the Campus Alberta Quality Council to provide up-to-date information about academic program proposals and changes to MacEwan University's chairs and deans.

Bojan Korenic

Research Analyst, Institutional Analysis & Planning


Bojan is conducting various research tasks, including survey design, focus group facilitation, analysis and reporting, as well as consulting in design of ad hoc projects. His key contribution is in data stewardship and developing statistical indicators for academic planning, recruitment and retention strategies.

Isabel has an extensive background in government enrolment reporting, which consists of sharing with the Ministry: student demographic, application, enrolment, and graduation data. Isabel's expertise is in data mining and enrolment management.

Tina has extensive experience in conducting research for institution-wide studies, program evaluations, and ad hoc projects. Key areas of expertise include instrument design and administration (most notably surveys, focus groups, and interviews), data analysis and interpretation, project management, and report writing.
