This form is for students who have already submitted a confirmation deposit but have not moved in to residence. If you are a current resident planning on withdrawing from residence, please complete a Request to Withdraw Form, not this form.
Community Standards apply to students on all residence property (including the building and surrounding grounds) and during residence-related events, even if the event is held off-site.
Contract Extension Request Form
Residents who would like to extend their current contract for another term must complete this form.
Exam Care Package Form
Parents, friends and others who want to support you during exam time complete this form to provide special exam care packages.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Consent Form
This form allows students to name a person as their representative to communicate with MacEwan University on their behalf.
Landlord Reference Form
This form is for residents who would like MacEwan Residence to provide a reference to a potential new landlord.
