Value-Added Classes are FREE drop-in classes for those who have a membership* with MacEwan University Sport and Wellness. If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access. Classes provide different intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome.

Spring/ Summer Swimming Value-Added will not be running at MacEwan University as the pool is closed April 9 to early Fall for tile replacement.

Our members who are regular pool users can take advantage of lane swimming at the NAIT or Downtown YMCA pools at no charge. Our morning and noon hour aquafit classes, run by Sport and Wellness staff, will be run at the YMCA. Visit our Welcome Desk for details on how to access the NAIT and YMCA facilities.
