Registered Group Fitness Programs
MacEwan University Sport and Wellness offers Group Fitness Programs suited to all interests and fitness levels. Our highly trained and enthusiastic instructors will lead you through a fun and challenging workout suited to you.
Choose a registered Fitness Program from the list of categories in menu to the left: Conditioning and Strength, Mind and Body, Fitness for Less.
Programs, events and activities may be cancelled based on Insufficient registration, Facility and/or equipment problems or closures, and Instructor or facilitator illness and/or unavailability. Check out our Cancellation Policy for registered programs.
Value-Added Group Fitness Programs
Value-Added classes are drop-in and free for members* or with a paid entry to Sport and Wellness. All classes are taught by certified instructors who are trained to provide different levels of intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome. Fitness and Aquatic classes will be cancelled if attendance is consistently below 5 participants– please check the website for up to date information.
All Winter Value-Added classes run:
Jan 2-Apr 28* (No classes Jan 1, Feb 17-19, Mar 30-Apr 2)

Apr 30-Aug 31 (No classes May 19-21, Jun 30-Jul 2, Aug 4-6)
*MacEwan students enrolled in 6 or more credits/term and assessed the Sport and Wellness fee ($84/term) are members of Sport and Wellness.
