Free Drop-in Fitness Classes

Value-Added Classes are FREE drop-in classes for those who have a MacEwan University Sport and Wellness membership or pass.* If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access. All classes are taught by certified instructors who are trained to provide different levels of intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome.

All Spring & Summer Value-Added classes run:
Apr 30-Aug 31 (No classes May 19-21, Jun 30-Jul 2, Aug 4-6)

*MacEwan students enrolled in 6 or more credits/term and assessed the Sport and Wellness fee ($84/term) are members of Sport and Wellness.

Live to Spin in our powerful, energy-packed spin sessions, guaranteed to get your heart pumping! The best part is it’s free with your membership or paid access to Sport and Wellness!
