Value-Added

Value-Added Classes are FREE drop-in classes for those who have a MacEwan University Sport and Wellness membership or pass.* If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access. Plus Pass classes do have a registration fee. All classes are taught by certified instructors who are trained to provide different levels of intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome.

*MacEwan students enrolled in 6 or more credits/term and assessed the Sport and Wellness fee ($84/term) are members of Sport and Wellness.

Live to Spin in our powerful, energy-packed spin sessions, guaranteed to get your heart pumping! The best part is it’s free with your membership or paid access to Sport and Wellness! To reserve your tag please call 780.497.5317 up to one hour prior to the start of the class. All levels of fitness are welcome. You set the level of intensity that suits your individual needs.
