  • Educated with university degrees in physical education, kinesiology and sport/exercise science.

  • Certified Exercise Physiologists (CSEP-CEP) or Certified Personal Trainers (CSEP-CPT) through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Train for less than $20 per session!

Introducing a new way to experience personal training. Individuals pay the same whether they are by themselves or in a group setting—so grab a friend and train for half the cost! If you choose to train as a group simply divide the rate by the number of participants to get your per person rate. Max of 3 participants per group. The first session is a comprehensive consultation and short movement assessment used to create a personalized workout program tailored to your goals and skill level. In session two, a fitness consultant walks you through each aspect of your personalized program to start your program with confidence.

Our highly educated Personal Trainers are qualified to provide run training or special condition programs to help you achieve your running goals. Whether you are just beginning to run or looking to complete a marathon or an adventure race, our staff can set you up with the right program to achieve your running goals.

Fitness Assessments and Analysis 

A fitness assessment is conducted by an exercise professional to help gauge and then determine what proper workout program you will need to achieve your fitness goals. Assessments performed at the start of a client's program can be used to track progress and increase motivation. These assessments are divided into four categories: Body Composition, Cardiovascular Efficiency, Muscular Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility.

Polar BodyAge Health and Fitness Assessment

Polar BodyAge Health And Fitness Assessment A Polar BodyAge Health and Fitness Assessment is the best way to set a starting point, assess your strengths and identify your training needs. The assessment provides you with a BodyAge score indicating whether you are above or below your current biological age. For example, if someone is 35 but their BodyAge is 45, there are steps that can be taken to work to improve their BodyAge and overall health and fitness. You will receive a comprehensive BodyAge profile highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement.

VO2 Max  Use this metabolic test to determine your VO2 Max, anaerobic threshold and training zones. Participants must have medical clearance from their doctor prior to testing. Group and team discounts available, please refer to the website for more information.
