Specialization at MacEwan University: Strength and Conditioning for athletes
Type of Clientele: People looking to increase athletic performance, general public wanting to increase quality of life
Activities & Recreation outside of work: Olympic Weightlifting, Golf, and spending time with friends and family.
Fun Fact: Worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for The Edmonton Eskimos for the 2013 and 2014 seasons.
Specialization at MacEwan: TRX group Fitness, Group Fitness Training, Social Media
Type of Clientele: anyone who wants to learn what to do in the Fitness Centre and people trying to get buff
Activities and Recreation outside of work: music, video games, psychology, long walks on the beach.
Fun Fact: “I once choreographed a dance to Gettin' Jiggy With It in Grade 4 for a school project, and after that, my teacher banned dance choreographies for school projects”
