City Centre Campus

The primary Technology Support desk is located in the library at City Centre. You may access the Technology Support Desk for support at any time during its operating hours, even after university buildings close at 11 p.m.

24-hour study space

During final exams, from December 3 to December 21, 2018, there is a 24-hour study space open in the Tech Support section of the City Centre library. During this period, drop-in tech support is available Monday – Sunday from 7:30 a.m. – midnight, except on the last day of exams, December 21, 2018, when the desk closes at 9 p.m.

Security is open Midnight – 7:30 a.m. during final exams.

To access the library after hours, you must:

  • Carry your card – your MacEwan University student ID is required for after-hours access
  • Enter via the 107 Street entrance near the clock tower
  • Keep your stuff with you, as there is no access to lockers after 11 p.m.

Technology Centre (CCC, Allard Hall)

The Technology Centre desk is located in Allard Hall at City Centre, Room 11-435.

Alberta College Campus

Limited technical support is available from library staff at the Tech Support desk at Alberta College Campus. Staff are able to forward more difficult problems to the primary tech support team at City Centre. This location does not offer extended tech support hours or the 24-hour study space.
