The primary Technology Support desk is located in the library at City Centre. You may access the Technology Support Desk for support at any time during its operating hours, even after university buildings close at 11 p.m.
To access the library after hours, you must:
- Carry your card – your MacEwan University student ID is required for after-hours access
- Enter via the 107 Street entrance near the clock tower
- Keep your stuff with you, as there is no access to lockers after 11 p.m.

Limited technical support is available from library staff at the Tech Support desk at Alberta College Campus. Staff are able to forward more difficult problems to the primary tech support team at City Centre. This location does not offer extended tech support hours or the 24-hour study space.
