Google Hangouts Meet
Hangouts Meet is part of G Suite. Students can use this tool to easily collaborate as they work on school assignments. Also available to staff and faculty.
MS Teams Audio/Video Calling with Screen Sharing
This sharing tool is built into the Microsoft Teams application. You can quickly take your text-based communications to an audio or video call with easy screen sharing. Available only to staff and faculty.
Going beyond Hangouts and MS Teams, Webex provides advanced functionality for meetings and classroom sessions and includes screen recording, annotation, meeting notes, polls, call-in numbers, Outlook integration and personal meeting rooms. Available only to staff and faculty.
