Working with students, staff and faculty, Technology Support provides help with technology-based questions and applications. Technology Support desks are located in the libraries at City Centre Campus and Alberta College.
Services provided include:
Staff and student network login or connectivity problems and concerns.
Wireless or other network-related problems or concerns.
Computer lab or classroom-related problems (login, printers, faults, etc.).
Staff/faculty hardware-related problems and concerns
G Suite/Office 365 problems and concerns
Software support and training
