Budget and Resource Planning

This department supports senior administration through the coordination of the strategic and annual budget process. The Budget and Resource Planning department‘s mission is to provide timely and value-added advice on budgetary matters, contributing to MacEwan’s long-term development and sustainability.

Expense Procurement and Contract Services

The Expense Procurement and Contract Services (EPACS) department facilitates the procurement process by managing the contracting process: competitions, negotiation and consolidation of requirements. EPACS establishes relationships with external customers, vendors and suppliers that achieve optimum leveraging and vendor performance, and consider total cost of ownership objectives.

Our office is responsible for ensuring a healthy and safe campus for students, staff, faculty, visitors and contractors. The Office of Sustainability manages human and ecological systems in accordance with MacEwan‘s responsibility to conserve and restore the environment while advancing social equity. The office oversees a sustainability strategy that works toward the university's long-term vision for an environmental, economical, and equitable future.
