Spring 2018 AGC Election

The following positions are up for election on AGC:

  • Faculty of Arts and Science: 6 faculty members
  • Faculty of Fine Arts and Communications: 2 faculty members
  • Faculty of Health and Community Studies: 1 faculty member
  • Faculty of Nursing: 3 faculty members
  • School of Business: 2 faculty members
  • School of Continuing Education: 1 faculty member
  • Professional Resource Faculty: 1 faculty member
  • Support/ Supervisory Staff: 1 member


Terms of office for members elected in April 2018 will be from September 1, 2018 – August 31, 2020.

Election Schedule

  • Feb 26: Nominations Form sent to voters’ list
  • Mar 15, Noon: Nominations close
  • Apr 4, Noon: Electronic polls open; instructions and ballot distributed via email
  • Apr 10, Noon: Electronic polls close
  • Apr 16: Announcement of results
  • Apr 23: Deadline for filing appeal
