Appointment booking
Call the centre or visit www.muhealth.ca to book an appointment. We are not a walk-in clinic, so appointments must be made in advance of your visit.
You will be assigned to a family doctor on your first visit, and we make every effort to book your subsequent appointments with that doctor. If your doctor is unavailable, you can book a time when they are available or meet with another physician.
Since this is a teaching clinic, you may see a family medicine resident who will be supervised by your doctor. Residents have finished medical school and are specializing in family medicine.

The MUHC is a collaboration between MacEwan University and the Department of Family Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Alberta. The centre is a first for Alberta: a clinical teaching space that educates and trains medical students and residents, doctors, nurses, medical assistants and other members of the health care team.
