To attend MacEwan University as an inbound exchange student, your home university must have a formal agreement with us. We have agreements with the institutions listed on the Outbound Study page (with the exception of Ternopil State Medical University). Contact an exchange advisor at your institution for information on exchange agreements and the nomination process. We can only advise students who have been formally nominated for an exchange.
Download, complete and sign the incoming student exchange application form and include the following with your application:

All inbound exchange students are encouraged to live in the MacEwan Residence. We are unable to assist in finding off-campus housing.

A $700 security deposit secures your space in residence. Include a copy of your receipt with your incoming student exchange application.

If you are planning to take Bachelor of Communication Studies (BCSC) courses, you are required to submit two writing samples of approximately 500 words each. The samples cannot be edited by anyone other than you.
You will not be considered for enrollment in BCSC courses until the writing samples have been submitted.
