As a program student, you'll focus on core legal subject areas such as real estate transactions, creditor and debtor law, civil litigation, commercial transactions, corporate procedures and administrative procedural law and can also customize your program to further your studies in such areas as criminal law, family law and estate law. The Paralegal Studies program emphasizes hands-on learning throughout, and the required field placement will put your education into a new context. The program can also transfer into the Bachelor of Commerce at MacEwan University.
