Any MacEwan University student can take this FREE online mental health and wellness workshop that is facilitated by members of Wellness and Psychological Services. Spend a few hours during this week with our facilitators chatting about student mental health.
Monday, January 24 (Part 1) from 3 to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, January 25 (Part 2) from 3 to 5 p.m.
After finishing all four of these modules, participants will receive a completion certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
This event is delivered online using Webex. Please register on MacEwanLife's Student Wellness Calendar.
We acknowledge that the land on which we gather in Treaty Six Territory is the traditional gathering place for many Indigenous people. We honour and respect the history, languages, ceremonies and culture of the First Nations, Métis and Inuit who call this territory home.
