New Student Orientation
Being a new student at a new school can be intimidating, stressful, and, most of all, exciting! MacEwan University’s New Student Orientation is intended to give new students the opportunity to explore the university campus before classes start.
On Thursday, September 6, students can participate in a campus welcome event, take a tour, check out MacEwan services and resources, and attend breakout sessions that give tips on how to navigate academic success and student health and wellness, among others. This scheduled orientation ends in the early afternoon, which gives students plenty of time to pick up their student ID card and find their classrooms.
If this is your first time at MacEwan, or first time at university, take advantage of the opportunity to explore what MacEwan University can offer.
No pre-registration is required.
New Student Orientation will take place at City Centre Campus on September 6, and at Alberta College Campus on September 14.
