Biography

Elaine Beltaos, PhD (University of Alberta) has been a member of the department of Mathematics and Statistics since 2009.  Her research interests are in algebra, especially as applied in mathematical physics. She provides opportunities for undergraduate students to engage in research. She is actively involved in curriculum development, particularly in the creation of the algebra stream at MacEwan University.

Available to supervise senior students' independent study.
