The Management major and minor focus on the management of organizations. This area of study provides students with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of business and specialization in key aspects of leadership, including team building, conflict resolution, consulting, change management and organizational development. The major is flexible, allowing students to study a range of contexts: local and government industry, the not-for-profit sector and government.
