As a passionate supporter of the arts, you know that creative communities are healthy communities. You also know you have what it takes to support an arts organization in achieving its potential.
In our two-year diploma program, you learn the practical skills and specialized knowledge you need to enhance an organization's creative capacity. Our instructors, who are leaders in the local arts and culture sector, will help you gain a deeper understanding of cultural policy, build your leadership potential and learn how to develop audiences and resources. Add hands-on assignments, case studies and an eight-week field placement to your academic experience and you will leave the program prepared to organize, supervise and lead in the arts and culture sector.

Connect and inspire
“Art is not just entertainment — it has the power to guide and inspire people,” says Arts and Cultural Management student Junwei. She is looking forward to a field placement back in her home town in Kaifeng, China, where she will work in the same museum that inspired her as a child.
