If you apply after a deadline has passed, your application fee is not refunded.

Portfolio submission deadlines
Submit your portfolio after you have officially applied to the program.

Portfolios submitted after the official May 3, 2019 deadline would be considered for a position on the wait-list ONLY. The program calls from the waitlist until the end of August.
