After your transcripts have been evaluated by the Office of the University Registrar and it has been established that you meet the academic qualifications for admission, and after we have received your completed questionnaire, we will review your file and make an admission decision.

Answer the questions as fully as possible. Pay attention to spelling, grammar and punctuation, which are factored into our evaluation. Your submission should be between 500 and 1000 words.
Attach your answers, as a Word or pdf document, to an email and send it to us. Please ensure your name appears on all pages.

What are your career aspirations? How will the completion of this program support those aspirations?
Describe a performance you have attended. Explain how it made you curious about some aspect of theatre production and/or inspired you to pursue a career in theatre.
Avoid delays by submitting any outstanding admission documents as quickly as possible and monitoring your To Do List in myStudentSystem for changes or new requests. After an admission decision is made you will receive a notice from the Office of the University Registrar.
