Admission Documents

If you are offered admission into the Early Learning and Child Care program, your acceptance is considered conditional until the program receives two documents—a clear police information check and a valid child care first aid certificate.

Submit these required additional documents to the program office after you have received a letter of acknowledgement from the Office of the University Registrar. For Fall 2019 intake, all documents must be submitted by August 1, 2019. If they are not submitted by that date, your application will be closed and considered incomplete.

Original documents can be dropped off in person or mailed.
