Payment Deadlines
You must pay your tuition and applicable fees by the deadline each term. The deadline is published in the Academic Schedule.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition fees are assessed by credit. Your amount owing will be listed in myStudentSystem once you enrol in courses. If you adjust your enrolment, changes to your account balance will be updated overnight. Make sure you check myStudentSystem the next day to verify the amount you owe.
Domestic students:
$222 per billing credit. Each course is 3 billing credits.

Make a Payment
You can make a secure payment on your account through myStudentSystem. If you prefer not to pay online, there are several other ways to make a payment.
Alberta Students Finance
Under the Alberta Students Finance program, students are eligible for a maximum of 12 months of funding for Open Studies, which will be used as part of the "Years of Program +1" time limit. More specific information is available by contacting a financial advisor.
MacEwan University Scholarships, Awards and Bursaries
In general, Open Studies students are not eligible for MacEwan University scholarships, awards and bursaries.
