Faye Stollery teaches mindfulness to inspire confidence both on and off the stage. She supports those looking to reduce performance anxiety and prepare for a performance, speech, or presentation. She helps you develop an awareness of how your body responds to stress, ways to reduce the effects of stress, and how to practically apply this awareness on stage. Her genuine loving nature creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, empowering students of all ages to access their full potential. Faye is a graduate of the University of Alberta BA Drama program, certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, and Lifestyle Meditation Instructor.
