WordPress for Web Page Publishing

Discover the ins and outs of WordPress, from managing an existing website to best practices for creating your own web page, photo site, or blog tailored to your unique goals. You will learn what to look for in the best plugins and themes, along with how different WordPress websites are built. Understand the difference between agency-built custom WordPress websites versus inexpensive WordPress websites that you can build at home. Understand the difference between WordPress’s new Gutenberg and other types of WordPress page builders. Note: This course does not include theme development, which is discussed in Web Design & Development Level III. This course does not go in-depth into other third-party site/page builders. Required Prerequisite: Basic computer skills.
