Global Supply Chain Management

Explore the approaches currently used in industry to overcome and mitigate the challenges of supporting a 21st century supply chain strategy. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the supply chain management business model through enterprise extension and integrated service providers as strategic collaborative tools as well as insight into integrative management, responsiveness, and financial assessment that drive global supply chain. Students will establish a framework for performance assessment to create a competitive advantage through high-performance logistics using integrated measurement systems.
