Identify and analyze the infrastructure required to support logistics activities and the flow of goods and information from a global perspective. Acquire strategies to avoid customer dissatisfaction and lost sales by ensuring proper inventory quantity and assortment. Students will improve their knowledge of the financial impact of overstocking in relation to additional warehouse space, working capital, insurance, taxes and obsolescence, and explore the challenging task of evaluating logistical networks, while considering the numerous factors at play when creating and implementing new logistical networks.
