Alberta Works funding

Applying to and being accepted into the English as an Additional Language program does not guarantee funding.

Grant funding through Alberta Works may be available for students who qualify. To assess your eligibility for funding you must:

  1. Contact an advisor from the EAL program to prepare an educational plan and supporting documents for funding.

  2. Apply for funding at AlbertaWorks

To be considered for funding, students must apply a minimum of eight weeks prior to the start of each term. Deadlines for applying for funding are strictly adhered to. Visit AlbertaWorks for more information or contact the University Preparation program.

Financial payment plans are also available. Find out more on the Make a Payment web page.
