Our Educational Tours provide visitors the opportunity to experience the beautiful city of Edmonton, Alberta and allow the groups to specialize the tour according to their interests while building their English language skills. Whether your group consists of youths or adults, business professionals or students, or even a combination, we customize the program for your desired educational experience.

What is included in an Educational Tour?

  • English Academic classes

  • Guided field trips and excursions

  • Cultural and Social activities (entrance fees, transportation, etc.)

  • Residence including kitchenette suites and access to laundry services

  • Learning materials

  • Local transportation (Edmonton Transit Systems bus passes)

  • Medical insurance

  • Food allowance (grocery store gift cards)

Transportation to and from the Edmonton International Airport Flights, non-scheduled activities and meals outside Residence are not included.

Sample Schedule

Tours typically last 2-4 weeks; however, other lengths of time may be coordinated with the SCE International team.

You will be responsible for costs related to non-scheduled activities.

Plan for your Group

Our educational tours can be customized to your organization.

  • Youth and adult options available (adults are considered 18+, minimum age is 12)

  • One chaperone is required for every 10 students under 18 years of age

  • Group size minimum is 15

  • International Corporate Training and Teacher Development options available

  • A mix of students and employees are welcome

Feature: Mexico Group Summer 2018

This group of 53 Mexican high school and junior high students toured for 4 weeks around Alberta, enhancing their Academic English and participating in many Canadian cultural activities. Some of the activities included going white water rafting, touring our government centres, and visiting Alberta’s National Parks.
