Executive Professional Development for International Students

Every project comes with its own set of challenges, but the skills you need to manage each of them are the same: organizing and motivating the right team, delegating tasks, time and budget management, and strategic planning skills. MacEwan University, a Registered Education Provider (REP) with the globally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI)®, offers a unique and versatile series that provides essential project management training taught by certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs)®, delivering courses aligned with the PMI Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). This certificate is for any industry's project team members, project sponsors, managers and leaders; PMO managers and staff; individuals preparing to obtain the PMI Project Management Profession (PMP) designation.

In addition to training in project management, you will develop your verbal, written and non-verbal communication skills and confidence. Topics such as the Canadian workplace and intercultural communication will support the development of your English professional communication skills and enhance your performance and success.

Students must have completed a post-secondary diploma or degree and have a minimum of one-year work experience in a related industry. Successful applicants require a minimum English language proficiency of 6.0 on all IELTS components or 80 on all TOEFL/CBT components.
Applicants are solely responsible for applying for and obtaining necessary study permits from government agencies, and for ensuring they meet eligibility criteria for study and work permits.
Project Management & Professional Communication is no longer accepting applications for the 2019 Winter Term.
$17,000.00 (CAD). Fees are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Textbook costs/material fees are included. Program fee does not include accommodation or travel.
$110 Application Fee required to assess your credentials and evaluate the application.
