Get fit. Stay fit. When you take the time to focus on your physical health, you benefit emotionally and mentally too. Our enthusiastic, highly-trained instructors will lead you through a fun and challenging class, workout or training session suited to your needs.
Courses and classes
Lift, kick, stretch and dance. Learn the clean and jerk, deepen your pigeon pose and kick and punch your way to a better body. Choose from Pilates, Cardio Box, Barre, Self Defense, Better Body Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Olympic Weight Lifting, and Yoga courses.

Personal training
Our experts offer a combination of advice, motivation and support. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve your health or decrease your stress, we can help you reach your fitness goals. Train one-on-one or with a group.

Assessment and testing
Where are you now and where would you like to go with your health and wellness? Get a baseline test for performance or wellness, or prepare for and take a PARE or COPAT occupational test.

Fit Buddy
MacEwan students can take advantage of up to three partner sessions to get you comfortable with all the fitness activities MacEwan University Sport and Wellness has to offer.
