All faculty, staff and students are encouraged to self-enrol in our safety programs. Safety at MacEwan is everyone’s responsibility.

COURSE
This course provides comprehensive training regarding hazard assessments and teaches you to identify, assess and implement hazard controls. This course is recommended for all MacEwan employees and is mandatory for all research students.

Quick guide for self-enrolment
COURSE
This course provides an overview of MacEwan’s Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), including classification rules, hazard groups, hazard pictograms and labels and material safety data sheets. All employees working with or around WHMIS 1988/2015 regulated chemicals are required to complete this course.
This course takes two hours to complete.
