MSA COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

MacEwan’s out-of-scope (OOS) employees are those who, due to the nature of their work, are excluded from membership in a union in accordance with the Public Service Employee Relations Act.

Employees’ Code of Conduct

MacEwan’s Employees’ Code of Conduct describes the culture and values of MacEwan University employees, setting the guidelines for our vision of excellence. Developed by our faculty and staff, the Code outlines the ethical standards that we believe will foster and sustain an environment of trust, collegiality and openness. The Employees’ Code of Conduct applies to all employees, including independent contractors.
