Finance and Investment Committee
Mandate
The Finance and Investment Committee (“the Committee”) strives to strengthen and enhance the Board of Governors’ roles and responsibilities and is advisory to the Board. The role of the Committee is to advise the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the financial affairs of the university including the establishment and monitoring of sound financial strategies, budgets, and policies, which ensure long-term financial sustainability.
