Pathways to Exemplary Teaching & Leadership
Pathways to Exemplary Teaching and Leadership (PETL) is an overarching faculty development program that is designed to recognize faculty participation in CTL programs and services, to support faculty at all stages of their careers and to allow a self-directed approach to professional development.
Developed through a collaborative pilot with faculty and chairs, the certificate focuses on deep reflection, meaningful growth and tailored engagement with CTL programs and services.
