Terms and Conditions of Sale

By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale. These policies apply to ticket use, seating, exchanges and conduct during performances.

Please review the following carefully before attending a performance:

• All ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds.
• For MacEwan Productions, tickets are transferable. If you can’t attend the show, you can give them to someone to attend in your place.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before show time to claim your seats. If your tickets are held for will-call, please give yourself extra time to pick them up before you get seated.
• MacEwan Productions has assigned seating except for the shows in Betty Andrews Recital Hall and Tim Ryan Theatre Lab. Latecomers or those who leave the theatre during the performance will be reseated at appropriate times in the second balcony only or to their original seats at intermission. No exceptions.
• Rental performances may differ from the above. Latecomers or patrons who leave are subject to the individual event’s re-admission policy. Please inquire with any concerns upon arrival.
• Ticket exchanges may be made with 24 hours’ notice; if an exchange is made, we cannot guarantee the same seats.
• We do not exchange tickets via email or between different shows, past performances or future season performances or shows. We do not move seats within one hour of the start time.
• Rental events may have different policies for exchanges.
• Children 5 years of age and under require adult supervision at all times.
• Food and drink are not permitted in the theatres with the exception of bottled water.
• Flash photography and recording of events are not permitted in the theatres.
