Mentorship

Fellow students, Elders, community members, faculty, kihêw waciston staff—mentors are found in many places and are an important part of your post-secondary journey.

In the pimâcihisowin Foundation Program, we connect you with the people who will help you become a successful university student. Build relationships in the places where you work, study and live and find the support you need to create a life of independence.

Mentorship opportunities arise from a number of formal and informal activities, including land-based teaching exercises, cultural events, involvement in clubs and volunteering.
