A self-paced course that introduces campus life, student services and the tools you'll use throughout your studies.
First-Year Readiness Quiz
A 15-minute quiz that offers tailored tips and highlights supports that can help you succeed. Check your myMacEwan email at the start of the term for a message from IAP@macewan.ca to access it.
Early Bird Orientation
Half-day sessions (online or in person) to explore campus, meet fellow Griffins and learn about available supports.
Student Skill Sessions
Interactive workshops (online or on campus) that boost your confidence in areas like time management, note-taking and public speaking.
Community Nest Program
A peer-led support program where a senior student (Nest Leader) helps you connect with other first-year students through activities and shared experiences.
