Forms

You and your medical professional may need to complete the Documentation of Disability Form if you are seeking accommodations or disability grant funding. This form provides official documentation of your disability or medical condition.

Community organizations

The National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS) supports full access to education and employment for post-secondary students and graduates with disabilities. The organization has three core strategic areas:

  2. student experience
  3. employment
