HUMAN RIGHTS

AWARDS

Through our awards programs, we shine a light on the students, faculty, staff and alumni whose actions and ideas enhance equality, diversity and inclusion on campus and in the community. Their efforts reveal the transformative power of advocacy and activism.

Join us in celebrating these individuals, whose accomplishments foster a culture of respect, understanding and social change at MacEwan University.

APPLICATION DETAILS

Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (I.D.E.A.) Leaders

Students, faculty, staff and alumni who advance and promote equity, inclusion and human rights were previously acknowledged annually during Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Week. There were four categories: Alumni IDEA Leader, Research IDEA Leader, Staff IDEA Leader and Student IDEA Leader. Nominations were often accepted in February.

I.D.E.A. Leaders

During past EDI Weeks, we recognized members of the MacEwan community who championed human rights on campus and in the community with the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (I.D.E.A.) Leaders award. Meet our past recipients.
