Sikh Family Helpline
This Sikh Family Helpline is an initiative by the World Sikh Organization of Canada. It is a peer-to-peer non-emergency helpline servicing the Sikh Community in Canada in Punjabi and English. It is not a live call service; see “How it Works” for instructions. We do not provide counselling services as our line is currently only staffed by volunteers—however, we can direct you to the appropriate services providers in your area if necessary.
If you feel you've been discriminated against and would like to file a human rights complaint, you can begin by calling the Human Rights Commission. Learn about the process and decide if you want to take next steps.
