What do you do that contributes most significantly to your overall wellness? 

Exercise and nutrition.

How or why did you start with it?

I’ve always enjoyed activity, but as I age, diabetes and heart disease in my family motivate my commitment to health.

Easy access and support from staff and trainers.

Deciding each visit what I want to do.

Blood pressure control and managing arthritis pain.

Start slow, build from there—exercise for heart and body.
