My goal was to get fit and strong, but I really wanted to do it safely. I was worried about an injury due to a lack of proper form. Weight lifting especially was always intimidating, so I was really interested in working with an exercise specialist.

I have been to the MacEwan gym before, and the staff was always nice, and the facilities are super modern and clean. I inquired and ended up booking 10 hours of personal training because it best worked with my needs and schedule.

My exercise specialist was Meagan Stewart, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She is so knowledgeable and professional and many times went above and beyond for me. I can't believe the progress I made in just 10 hours, and it's all thanks to working with her. I had a tailored exercise routine, but when I came in sore, she easily switched it up so that I still got an awesome workout without hurting myself.

For me, it was invaluable to have someone show me how to perform the right exercises, who corrected me when I made mistakes and held me accountable. I would never have been able to get this far in such a short period- without professional help. I highly recommend working with Meagan!
