We might be nearing the end of term, but we’re definitely not done yet – and these photos from everything we got up to in March show it. From Pride Week to final theatre performances, we were busy.
Check out these images to see what we were up to last month.

Performers from House of Ebony graced the stage of Towers Pub, closing out Black History Month celebrations and ushering in Pride Week.

A Pride March kicked off a week of Pride Week events that took over campus during the first half of the month, with dozens of celebrations, talks and events.

Other Pride Week activities included a zine-making workshop.

Local artisans, including students, brought their wares to the Robbins Health Learning Centre for the Rainbow Market.

Everyone was invited to express their own queer realities – the theme of this year’s Pride Week – through poetry, performance and art on stage at Towers Pub.

On display for the whole month in the John L. Harr Library was the photography exhibition Faces of Exile: The Arrusi and the Policing of Gender and Sexuality in Fascist Italy.

kb&co – owned by former Allard Chair in Business Kristina Botelho – was on campus this month, offering students a five-dollar lunch.

The Theatre Department sold out its production of Monoceros.

Scott Alexander Howard, MacEwan’s Book of the Year author, treated the MacEwan community and members of the public to a reading from his novel The Other Valley.

MacEwan’s School of Continuing Education was honoured to welcome 31 guests from Morinomiya University of Medical Sciences in Osaka, Japan. This week-long educational study tour featured daily English for Specific Purposes classes, complemented by classroom tours hosted by the Faculty of Health and Community Studies and a visit to the Radiology Department at University of Alberta Hospital. The evenings and weekends were enriched with cultural and recreational activities, offering opportunities to experience Edmonton while fostering meaningful international connections.

Campus was host to another Artist Amble, featuring alumni and friends from our musical community – like Jacquie Daniels – for a casual evening of music.

Donors, alumni and students gathered together for an evening of inspiration and gratitude at the annual Grateful Gathering.

As students head into exam season, MacEwan celebrated Cerealsly Happy Day with a hearty breakfast – because you can’t focus on an empty stomach!
