Turnaround Time
Printing is what happens when you finish a project—so the last thing you need is a long turnaround time.
Our production times vary depending on the complexity of your project, but we always do our best to complete jobs as quickly as possible. To get a specific timeline for your job, please contact us.
Black and white printing
Less than 500 copies: 1 business day
More than 500 copies: 2-4 business days
Colour printing
Less than 100 copies: 1 business day
More than 100 copies: 2-4 business days
Rush Jobs
A rush charge may be applied to any jobs submitted with less than four hours turnaround time provided. Although we always do our best to meet your deadline, there are peak times during the year that we may be unable to accommodate rush/same day requests.
Here are a few tips to help us meet your deadline on rush jobs:
- Send your job in well before the end of the day.
- Keep in mind that Print Services is not open on weekends; a job sent Friday afternoon will not be ready first thing Monday morning.
- If you’re submitting a rush job online, call us to let us know you’ve submitted a rush job.
- Opt to pick up your printing instead of having it delivered
