Announcements
The north parking turnaround (108 street and 105 avenue) is closed until the fall of 2024 to make necessary changes to the exits of Buildings 7 and 8. The south turnaround/ keyhole is closed for vehicle and pedestrian access.
During construction, entry to Sport and Wellness is limited to the northeast entrance of Building 8 or through the Student’s Association building on the corner of 109 street and 104 avenue and up to the second-floor pedway. The only way to access Building 7 from Sport and Wellness is on the second floor. You can not access 104 Avenue from the Sport and Wellness building. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Fitness
Our fitness programs have something for everyone. Take a drop-in cardio, strength, or low-impact class, or register for a specialty course like yoga or kickboxing. For personalized support, work with one of our personal trainers to help you reach your goals.
Aquatics
From tots to experts, we offer swim lessons for all skill levels, helping you build confidence and skills that last a lifetime. Join a deep or shallow water fitness class, try a coached swim training session, or take your passion further with our lifesaving programs and aquatic certifications.
Recreation
Build lasting connections through a mix of classic sports and new experiences. Play a casual game with friends during drop-in gym times, pursue your hobby by joining a Sport Club, or take on the challenge of a Rec League. Our programs offer the perfect blend of fun and competition.
