This workshop for faculty and staff explores mental health as a continuum to help you recognize shifts in your own and others’ mental health. It emphasizes self-care strategies, supporting peers, creating a supportive environment and identifying resources for additional help to foster a campus community that prioritizes mental well-being.

The Sexual Violence Support Guide (SVSG) is a leadership initiative for MacEwan employees. Offered by the Office of Sexual Violence Prevention, Education and Response with Wellness and Psychological Services, this nationally recognized program is designed to engage MacEwan employees as partners in addressing sexual violence.
If you would like a Wellness and Psychological Services staff member to speak to your group about the services we offer or to discuss a specific wellness topic, we can provide workshops tailored to the particular needs, time constraints and learning objectives of your department, class, faculty or club. Sessions are available upon request.
