Password changes

Password processes and standards for MacEwan students and staff have changed. Read more about the new password guidelines in myPortal on the Tech Support page.

Working with students, staff and faculty, Technology Support provides help with technology-based questions and applications. The Technology Support desk is in building 7, City Centre Campus.

Services provided include:

  • Staff and student network login or connectivity problems and concerns.
  • Wireless or other network-related problems or concerns.
  • Computer lab or classroom-related problems (login, printers, faults, etc.).
  • Staff/faculty hardware-related problems and concerns
  • G Suite/Office 365 problems and concerns
  • PeopleSoft/myStudentSystem
  • Digital learning environment, paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs 
  • Software support and training
